Paul is an average guy. He likes movies, and pizza, and average guy things. He does not like - musicals. But Paul's small world is about to come crashing down under the weight of unspeakable terror. 牧(mù )江村郊(🤟)野山(shā(📪)n )藏有一(♓)怪，赤(chì )面獠牙，名曰垃圾人，他身世(⏳)神秘(mì(👨) )，以垃圾(⏭)为食(shí )，日遇村妇马(mǎ )秀娟，将(jiāng )其(✍)掳掠。马(✋)秀(xiù )娟(🍖)通过与垃(lā )圾人的交往，发现他虽(🔜)(suī )丑陋(🎨)骇人，却(🍠)(què )心地单纯。但(dàn )天不遂人愿(yuàn )，“单(🏖)纯”的(de )垃(🌈)圾人却(➕)(què )将马秀娟视为(wéi )配偶，囚于(yú )废(🏢)弃厂房(🐋)。矿(kuàng )山(⌚)老板徐(🐠)东南(nán )徐西北两(liǎng )兄弟欲借炸山(👔)(shān )除垃(🉐)圾人之(🚯)(zhī )名在野山非法(fǎ )拓矿，全(quán )然不(⚡)顾马秀(♌)娟(juān )安(🥤)危。而垃(lā )圾(jī )人通过马秀(xiù )娟逐(❄)渐了解(〽)人(rén )类(🤤)的尊重(chóng )与爱，遂将其(qí )放归牧江(💀)村(cūn )。马(👛)秀娟得(🎮)知(zhī )徐东南阴(yīn )谋后为救垃圾(jī(👽) )人与之(💓)抗争，最(🎳)终被绑于(yú )山上，垃圾人(rén )为救马(🆔)秀(xiù )娟(🗯)与徐东(🚔)南死(sǐ(😵) )命相搏，后(hòu )被徐东南炸死(sǐ )。环保(📇)组织声(🌨)(shēng )明垃(🉐)圾人(rén )出现乃牧江村(cūn )的环保意(😞)识(shí )薄(㊙)弱之恶(🤬)果，垃圾人本(běn )无罪，罪在人(rén )心对(💾)环境的(🍙)(de )态(tài )度(🏩)，并呼吁(yù )民众善待环境(jìng )。
The Focusing Effect is a faux-documentary/horror film about three film students who make a doc about breakups, only to push one of their subjects too far.
Loosely following a traditional Passover Seder, events from the Book of Exodus are retold by Moses, Aharon, the Angel of Death, Jesus, and the director's own father. But there's another side to this story: that of the Goddess, humankind's original deity. Seder-Masochism resurrects the Great Mother in a tragic struggle against the forces of Patriarchy.
